Step 1: Wash your hands and gather your saliva on fingertip.
Step 2: Place saliva on indicator strip pad. Do not put strip in your mouth.
Step 3: Compare results to the color chart.
If your test strip indicates your Nitric Oxide levels are depleted or low, Nitric Oxide restoration is suggested.
